Stroller Strides: fitness for mom, fun for baby!
Stroller Strides is a power walking, total body workout for both pre and post natal moms that they can do with their babies. In addition to a great workout, moms provide a model of fitness for the next generation while meeting and bonding with other, amazing moms and babies. Also, our program offers Luna Mom’s Club membership which includes weekly “Playgroups,” monthly “Mom’s Night Out” activities, and special community events.
