Pre-registration required. Please email, sommer@humboldt1.com, or call 822-5814 for information.
Sommer Halligan is a Certified Professional Midwife with over ten years of experience attending births in hospitals, birth centers and at home. She is certified as a childbirth educator and as a breastfeeding counselor. She is also the mother of two children, whom she adores.
How will you cope with the intensity and unknowns of birth? How will your partner be able to support you? In our Birthing From Within™ childbirth education classes, you and your partner will experience multi-sensory processes and learn proven pain-coping techniques to find your own answers to these and many more questions. Whether you are planning a home or hospital birth, using natural or medicated methods, or birthing by cesarean, these unique classes will help you prepare in a holistic and mindful way.
