Walk for National Breastfeeding Week

UIHS WIC Breastfeeding Awareness Walk at Potawot Health Village
When: August 7th
Time: 12:30-1:00 p.m.

The purpose of this walk is to bring awareness to the importance of breastfeeding as a first step and key health strategy for preventing diseases including childhood overweight, and to encourage and support breastfeeding women in our community.
This short ΒΌ mile walk will take place on the beautiful trails of Potawot Health Village.
All participants will receive gifts including a tote bag, baby T-shirts, recipe books, and breastfeeding information.
Water and healthy snacks will be provided!!!

From Hwy 101 South-
1. Take the GIUNTOLI LN / JANES RD exit
2. Turn LEFT onto GIUNTOLI LN
3. Turn LEFT on 1600 Weeot Way
(Between fire station and Mad River Hospital)

1. Take GIUNTOLI LN/JANES RD exit
